Estimates

What happens at a free assessment

New concrete sidewalk along an apartment building, roped off with orange string.

A new sidewalk at an apartment community, roped off while the concrete cures.

You do not have to build the punch list yourself. Call (407) 925-7873 for a free assessment. Nikki Mejia handles business development and the office for Precision Concrete & Construction. She walks the property and tells you what should be done.

What to have when you call

The community name or the address, and who to contact on site. Which areas the residents complain about. Whether a previous vendor already did some of the work, so it is not priced again. The street and the nearest house number are enough to start. Nikki will tell you the rest.

One walk for the whole list

Trip hazards to grind, slabs to replace, curbs, ADA ramps and detectable warning panels, drain inlets, pavers, and building repairs and paint can all be looked at on the same walk. A manager does not need a separate vendor for each line.

The proposal

The proposal goes out on Precision Concrete & Construction paper. Each repair is its own line, with a quantity and a price, so a grind is not hidden inside a replacement. Irrigation heads in the way, sod along the forms, and anything the landscape company already handles get called out up front, so nobody is surprised on the first day.

Homes and shops too

Homeowners call for the same reasons: a cracked slab, a lifted walk, a paver path that sank. Automotive shops call for lift footings. The assessment works the same way.

Call (407) 925-7873, email info@precisionpaintandconstruction.com, or use the contact form. See the service areas in Central Florida.
