High-early concrete, fast cure, minimum downtime

The footing

The existing slab is saw-cut at the lift and removed. Dowels go into the slab that stays, a rebar mat is tied in the opening, and the new concrete is 4000 PSI with commercial fiber mesh. High-early concrete is used for a fast cure and as little downtime as the shop can manage.

Send the lift layout, the bay sizes, and a photo of the floor.
