The sequence
A repaint is a wash for mold and mildew, then the repairs, a primer, and a sprayed coat with a wet back-roll. The crew follows the spec from the paint manufacturer the association chooses. Pressure washing and fence repairs can be on the same estimate. Skip the wash or the repairs and the new paint fails where irrigation hits the wall.
